Wallem Philippines Shipping, Inc. has been the only partner of Heung-A Shipping Co., Ltd. of Korea since they commenced their operations here in Manila in 1986 from a semi-containerized to a leading full-container carrier.  Heung-A Shipping’s container liner business was spun off into Heung A Line Co., Ltd. in the latter part of 2019.
